Every day I sit down to write another proposal, and every day I ask myself why this is still so hard. Not the writing part – we know what we want to say. It's everything else that's driving us crazy.
You save a document, check it three times, send it to your client... and they can't even open it properly. Or the spacing is weird. Or the images are gone. Basic stuff that should just work.

The worst part is, we're all just... accepting this? Like this is just how it has to be?

I mean, seriously – why do I need three different subscriptions, four browser extensions, and a PhD in patience just to send a professional-looking document to a client?
We're not asking for magic here. We just want something that actually works. Something that doesn't make us question our career choices at 10 PM when we're still fixing formatting issues.
